Preheat oven to 350....  Cover cookie sheet with FOIL,  Spray foil with cooking spray.

     Wash [approx 6 medium ] potatoes-leaving skins on--cut into wedges and place wedges in a mixing bowl...Sprinkle with paprika, oregano, garlic powder, onion salt, cayenne pepper and toss to coat.

     Spread the potatoes wedges on the foil covered baking sheet---  lightly spray the top with thin film of spray... bake for 40 minutes... turn once with spatula before finished...  Serve with ketchup, salsa, or vinegar for dipping!
